Dissertation is devoted to development and experimental ground of composition and technology of new medicinal preparation as suppositories with loratadine hydrochloride for treatment of allergic diseases for the children of junior age. The composition and rational technology of suppositories «Loravit» has been developed based on the physical, chemical, technological research results. The properties of the developed medicine have been studied; the methods of quality analysis have been offered, the conditions and period of storage of medicine «Loravit» hаve been determined. Pharmacological researches prove harmlessness of medicine and studied it specific antihistaminic activity.
