The dissertation investigates and analyses psychological characteristics of teaching personnel's competitiveness development in a private higher educational institution. The theoretical model of teaching personnel's competitiveness development in a private higher educational establishment examined empirically is provided in the research. The psychological characteristics of teaching personnel's competitiveness development in a private higher educational institution have been specified considering their social-demographical, organisational, professional, educational, family-related factors. There have been highlighted the results of the delivered authorial seminar-training entitled "Psychology of teaching personnel's competitiveness development in a private higher educational institution".
