The object - practical activity of a clinical pharmacist in a drugstore. The aim - the elaboration of theoretical principles, methodical approaches, organizational fundamentals of clinical and pharmaceutical service creation and activity in drugstores of Ukraine. Methods - system analysis, bibliographical and semantic, analytical, structural-logical, survey by questionnaire, statistical, modeling, clinical-pharmacological, clinical-pharmaceutical analyses and the method of SWOT-analysis. Results - the medication process quality increase with the priority participation of a clinical pharmacist in drugstores. The results have been implemented into the educational process and practical activity. Field - pharmacy.
