Svitozarova S. Psychological conditions of professional health support of locomotive crews' workers

The thesis presents theoretical, methodological and empirical results of the studies which are aimed at the actual task solving of organizational psychology - psychological conditions of professional health support of specialists. Psychodiagnostic set of instruments is grounded in the work and the empirical model of the research organization of professional health of locomotive crews' workers is developed; the essence of the professional health components of locomotive crews' workers is made clear, the peculiarities of their manifestations are revealed on the psychological, social, functional and resource levels; psychological criteria of the allocation of locomotive crews' workers in groups of professional health. It is proved that psychological conditions of professional health of locomotive crews' workers are determined by the peculiarities of functioning and the level of providing with four structural components. Methodological recommendations of psychological support of professional health of locomotive crews' workers have been developed on the basis of the analysis of theoretical approaches and the results of the research, that are aimed at providing of psychological help, mobilization of resources of the personality and preservation of mental and physical health of locomotive crews' workers.
