Essay

The thesis proposes a differentiated approach with due consideration of the standard of health and exercise tolerance in programs of health-improving physical self-tuition using a set of exercises "Bodyflex" for students after ARD and determines that adaptation to physical exercise in case of hypoxia leads to the enhancement of body's physiological reserves as a result of regular exercise and helps to reduce the recovery time of students' physical working capacity after acute respiratory disease. Studies have shown that the efficiency of the pilot program using a set of exercises "Bodyflex" shows itself in the improvement of most indicators of physical health, physical working capacity and improvement of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems of students who have had acute respiratory disease. Thus, one can claim that the proposed method of health-improving physical self-tuition with due consideration of individual exercise tolerance and standard of physical health of students is efficient and can be recommended as one of the options to increase physical activity and improve adaptation to physical and mental stress of students who have had acute respiratory disease.
