Essay

Dissertation is sanctified to the study of changes and distribution of chelating zinc in a hippocampus and other organs, containing him at the change of the functional state of ammon horn, sharp and chronic stress, in phylogenesis of animals, and also at an action cytotoxic and noncytotoxic chelators. It was shown that these cells identically react on stress by the change of metalloligand homoeostasis. These data allowed to do supposition about possible functional connection between the investigated cells. It is shown that stress and substances, designing him substantially influence on maintenance of zinc in the neurons of hippocampus, cells of Paneth, pancreatic callas, in cells of prostate, that was expressed in the increase of maintenance of this metal at sharp stress organism and his substantial decline at chronic one. Thus also there were changes of maintenance of secretory material of the investigated cells: at sharp stress there was an accumulation of secretory material in these cells, and at chronic is his exhaustion. Thus there was positive correlation between maintenance of zinc and secretory material in cells.
