Essay

Dissertation is devoted to studying of the structural features of the dynamics of changes in the blood vessels of the kidneys of rats with unilateral renal artery stenosis and the nature of their remodelling after restoration of blood flow. In the experiment on laboratory rats at the unilateral renal artery stenosis both kidneys are in different hemodynamic conditions, so morphogenetic process in both organs occurs in different ways was found. This study indicates that intraorganic vessels and the right and left kidney undergo some changes, which are based on vasoconstriction, and both kidneys developing complex reactive, pathological and adaptive-compensatory changes. Results of the study suggest that an important factor that affects the blood circulation and organ respectively morphofunctional renal stenosis of the left renal artery is a hemodynamic factor. The same statement is explained complex morphometric changes that occur in the kidney after a sudden restoration of blood circulation through the narrowed artery and are resulting in the early stages to deepen organ hemodynamic disorders of metabolic disorders in organs and tissues, which can later play an important role in the morphofunctional insufficiency.
