In dissertation work scientifically sound and proven experience of effective experimental use as ions exchangers with high ion exchange capacity in relation to calcium ions, which are present in the juice of second carbonation, klinoptilolite after their activation. The methods of primary activation of klinoptilolite, with subsequent regeneration of the treated zeolite in sodium form solution of trisodium phosphate and ammonium. For the first time developed a method deammonizations condensate vapor and juice noexpenses method of regeneration of zeolites factory fumes condensates juice, which prevents the regeneration of the liquid waste water, since the condensates are used for the extraction of sugar. By the methods of the mathematical processing of experimental data, on the basis of the got dependences of effect of delete of calcium, increase of cleanness and amount of remaining calcium in juice, the optimum parameters of leadthrough of processes of decalcification are certain. On the basis of pilot studies determined the optimal parameters of the passage of ion exchange processes between the juice and the solid phase of klinoptilolite. The results of industrial tests.
