Chubara Т. Implementation of legal support function of public service in the field of public order maintenance

The thesis deals with the institutional and legal framework of legal support function of public service in the field of public order maintenance. The basic ideas, which are the foundation of the public service reforming in terms of the administrative reform, strengthening the role of regional mechanisms of public administration are distinguished. The analysis of the forms and methods of improvement of public authorities to implement legal support function and law enforcement in the context of humanization is made. On the base of the foreign experience analysis of legal support function the ways of the public service legal support function rationalization are determined. In the paper the theoretical and methodological basis of the study of modern methods in the public service on the basis of imperative law is improved, the author's assessment of innovative forms of legal support function rationalization on the level of administrative-territorial units is offered.
