The thesis is devoted to algorithm development customize the learning process of physical education in higher education institutions with a sectional organization studies. Purpose - theoretically and experimentally justify the use of the algorithm individualization process of physical education in higher education institutions to meet psycho-physiological characteristics of students. In algorithm and approaches to the individualization of physical education students, who can quickly and efficiently determine the individual characteristics of students, including both indices of physical fitness, and psychophysiological performance capabilities that allow a student to help in selecting the most appropriate place of sports specialization, enhance functionality, the level of physical fitness of students. The structure of the integrated training of students - members of different sports specialties and their physiological characteristics. Scientifically validated the effectiveness of the approaches to the individuation process of physical education students, based on the application features and psychophysiological indicators of physical fitness, the methods of multivariate analysis. The practical significance of the study is to introduce modern and innovative technologies in the process of physical education at the university for more effective and rapid determination of psychophysiological opportunities for students to realize the individual approach in the selection of tools and methods to improve the overall health of students.
