Thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental research of iron removal from underground water by two-layer filters. Presentation of different regularities during iron removal by two-layer filtration. Mathematic simulation of processes inside of filter. Realization of mathematic simulators and providing them into engineering calculation of main technological parameters in two-layer filters. Recommendations of choosing parameters and coefficients which are presented into equations of iron removal calculation . Evaluation of different factors and inputs which can influence on purification process. Adaptation of calculation methods including existing research data.
