Repko E. Metabolic syndrome at hepatic dystrohpy and urine acid diatesis in egg-cross hens its correction

The objects of the research - the state of metabolism, liver and kidney of laying hens. Purpose - to examine the metabolic syndrome according to comorbidity - hepatodystrophy and urine acid diathesis in chickens egg cross, develop methods for its correction. Methods: clinical, zootechnical, biochemical blood tests, pathological-anatomical, histological and statistical. The practical significance is that the developed laboratory criteria for metabolic syndrome in laying hens by comorbidity - hepatodystrophy and urine acid diathesis allow for early diagnosis of diseases, evaluate the effectiveness of preventive measures. Laboratory criteria of metabolic syndrome by hepatodystrofiyi and urine acid diathesis is hypoalbuminemia, bilirubinemia, hyperuricemia, the results zinc sulfate test, increased activity of ALT, AST, GGT, increase of total lipids, triacylglycerols and cholesterol. The relationship between abnormalities confirmed by pathological-anatomical autopsy and a positive correlation between the content of uric acid in serum and activity indicator for liver enzymes ALT, AST and GGT. Proved in principle the possibility and feasibility of pharmacological correction of metabolic syndrome by comorbidity - hepatodystrophy and urine acid diathesis. Scientific and practical suggestions dissertation formed the basis of "Guidelines for the diagnosis and correction of metabolic syndrome by hepatodystrophy and urine acid diathesis in chickens egg Cross", approved by the Department of Veterinary Medicine of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (31.03.2012). The main provisions of the thesis research used in the classroom during teaching "Clinical diagnostics", "Internal diseases" and specializations "Diseases of Poultry" program for masters , specialists, bachelors, students faculty training in 7 schools in Ukraine. Suggested by the author means by the correction of metabolic hepatodystrophy and urine acid diathesis tested in poultry ATOV "Southern Holding", p. Perovo Simferopol region of Crimea.
