Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of complex socio-political and economic transformation of Crimean society, the characteristics of ethnic and social structure of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the 1990s-2010s. The analysis of the main phases of modern social and political development of the Crimea and the factors that determine the characteristics and trends of the process have been realized. The thesis analyzes the main demographic, ethnic and linguistic changes in of the autonomy's population, its social of structure. Recommendations for improving of the socio-political, demographic, ethnic policy in the Crimea have been defined.
