Object of the following article is the prepositional-case forms of the name in the modern Russian language. Aim of the article is to analyze divided units of the designation that are expressed by the prepositional-case forms of the name which are regarded as one of the ways of representation of the language meanings. Methods are transformational analysis, distributive analysis, and comparative analysis. Prepositional case form of the name was studied as divided unit of the name (onomasiological unit) which has semantic and syntactic integrity, communicative significance, capability to represent some specific part of the world. Its correlation with that or this language meaning is also determined among other differential signs with the help of interrogative pronominal categorizer. We studied case-prepositional forms of the name with the derivative and non-derivative prepositions. The major part of the prepositional case forms of the name verbalizes linguistic meanings of the "space", "time", " qualitative characteristic of the process and sign", "method of the action", " subjectivity", "features of the subject". Cases of combination of number of differential signs of two and three language meaning in one prepositional case form of the name were found out and described as language enrichment. An area is learning process.
