Kostenko S. The ideological and political bases and practice of the peasant public motion of Ukraine (1917 - 1932 years)

In dissertation ideological and political principles and practicel the peasant public motion in the 1917 -1932 s years are analyzed. Being based on conceptual achievements of the newest historiography and using the wide circle of different sources, investigational sources and historical circumstances of the origiоnal of national the idea of public consolidation of the Ukrainian peasantry, its reflection, in the first organizational forms of the social and political and socio-economic unification of peasants at the beginning of ХХ century; specific atkon and results of development of peasant initiative in the conditions of Ukrainian revolution 1917 - 1921 years; process and mechanisms of transformation of the peasant organizations in accordance with the utilitarian necessities of the bolshevist mode in the conditions of the 1919 - 1920 s, and also their fate in the conditions of claim of the left radical totalitarianism with his urbanism industrial priorities. The conducted comparison of development of public initiative of the Ukrainian peasantry betore after establishment of communist party dictatorship. Practical recommendations are directed on the improvement of the conceptual goals the support of becoming and strengthening of institutes of civil society in the Ukrainian village.
