Lavrynenko O. Jargon of Russian-speaking football fans: the system and the genre and communicative aspects.

Object - Russian-speaking football fans' Internet communication. Purpose - the description of the most active processes on the lexical-semantic level in the structure of the football fans' jargon. Methods - system-structural, lexicographic portrait, passport system of speech genre, discourse-analyses, intent-analyses, transaction, comparative. The research suggests a number of essential theses, fundamentally important for the study of football jargon communication. For instance, it is not justified to distinguish a single general football jargon and to make a distinction between nuclear and peripheral structures in the football jargon, etc. Active processes in the jargon of football fans have been identified and analyzed on the material of more than 3,000 football slang words. The research is focused on three active processes in the jargon of football fans: 1) tendencies in abbreviation; 2) expansion of the exotic vocabulary; 3) peculiarities of nomination in football nicknames. The jargon genre system of Internet communication of football fans has been analyzed on the material of 7 genres of football fan open type: football chat, football wall, commenting on the football facility, football forum, football blog, football conference, text of football events online broadcasting.
