The dissertation summarizes the results of investigation of legal reflection formation of future lawyer on the stage of preparation in higher school. The problems of reflection in scientific philosophical and psychological literature are examined here. The research defines the concept, structure and role of legal reflection as individual characteristic and component of the legal consciousness of a person. Moreover the problem of determining the psychological mechanism of legal reflection is analyzed.
