Essay

The subject of research is causality of the problem consisting in development discrepancy of the educational system and the mega-system of society. The research is carried out within the modern informational paradigm, which is an adequate approach for studying of relations of such informational systems as education and society. The research work analyzes the phenomenon of educational reforms and consequences of their implementation in Ukraine in the end of the XX century. In addition, the subject of research is the implementation into the national educational system of the field development stimulation methods. Special attention is given to research of such phenomena as information, informational crisis, informational relations, social and functional discrepancy. The conceptionalualization of education as an informational system has been effectuated, which made the problem approach possible from the viewpoint of systemology. As a result, reasons for ineffective reforms implementation at the modern stage of the society development have been defined. The fallibility of the field development has been proved, by orientation to the modern state and the existing model of social relations in Ukraine. As research recommendations, orientation points of educational development have been suggested, and the need in changes of national informational policy has been justified; in particular, the mechanism regulation of new knowledge providing to the subjects of educational activities and studying.
