Essay

The work is dedicated to the development of ultrasonic method of technological control of surface density of fabrics. This work includes the study of the passage of ultrasonic waves through the fabric, their reflections and the definition of surface density according to their amplitude. Methods of control of surface density of fabrics are examined. The analysis of continuous ultrasonic signal of passing through the fabric and the reflection are examined too. The expediency of use of pulsed ultrasonic signal in determining of the surface density of fabric with its parameters is proved. Dependences of amplitude for pulsed ultrasonic signal are obtained.
