Essay

The object is organizational communications as social communicative phenomenon. The aim is the solution of a scientific problem, which is placed in the latest theoretical and methodological understanding of organizational communications as social and cultural, communication and promotional phenomenon, characteristics of their realization under the conditions of informational and communicative changes in the society. Methods are the generally scientific methods, bibliography, descriptive, historical, systematic analysis and method of comparison. In the text organizational communications is the focus of scientific problems of the theory of social communications, advertizing studies, public relations studies and management theory. The research focuses on the polyparadigm aspects of the phenomenon of organizational communications. The main features of functioning of organizational communications as an open system are defined (holistic principles were used). Scope is social communications, management theory, applied communication technologies, the learning process.
