This work investigates the issue of future primary school teachers training to implement the personality-oriented approach in mass sports activities for pupils. For the first time there have been grounded organizational and methodological principles of college training of future primary school teachers to implement the personality-oriented approach in mass sports activities for pupils, including the structure of future primary school teachers readiness for implementing the personality-orientated approach in mass sports activities for pupils (motivation and value, cognitive, profession-oriented and self-appraisal structural components); the pedagogical model, the meaning and organizational and methodological conditions of creating information environment to facilitate the teacher-student joint creative activity; application of active teaching methods to develop future primary school teachers' creativity; developing diagnostic tools based on up-to-date information and communication technologies to make a pedagogical assessment of the levels of development of future primary school teachers' readiness to implement the personality-oriented approach in mass sports activities for pupils. There has been specified the theoretical meaning of the notion "future primary school teachers training to implement the personality-oriented approach in mass sports activities for pupils".
