The thesis is devoted to the study of social and philosophical problems of health in the context of the transformation of modern society, human life world, harmonious personal and social relationships. In the course of the study the retrospective of views on the philosophy of health in foreign and national philosophy, philosophical principles of the interpretation of this concept in the Western and Eastern paradigms of thinking are revealed. The phenomenon of health is analyzed in the discourse of socio-philosophical reflections, in the relationship with socio-cultural ideals of the scientific and technological progress.
