The object is the process of a teacher’s professional training in higher education establishment as a mobile specialist; the aim is to ground theoretically and to verify experimentally the pedagogical conditions of the future teachers’ socio-occupational mobility forming in the educational space of higher education establishment; the methods are analysis and generalization, expert judgement method, pedagogical experiment; the novelty: the pedagogical conditions of the future teachers’ socio-occupational mobility forming in the educational space of higher education establishment are worked out for the first time; the results: the complex of information and problem and quasiprofessional situations is worked out, the technological pattern „Future teacher’s occupational tests”, the special course „Future specialists’ socio-occupational mobility in the field of education”; the field is the theory and methodology of professional training
