Aftaniuk О. Multi-criteria Assessment of Project Decisions under Probabilistic and Fuzzy Work Breakdown Structure

The dissertation is dedicated to the methodology of project decisions and grounding of the elaborated method of multi-criteria assessment of efficiency of project decisions under uncertain work breakdown structure of probabilistic and fuzzy nature at the initialization phase of project. Realizing the elaborated method as a sequence of four steps in probabilistic and fuzzy statements includes: formalizing the uncertain WBS and identifying the corresponding characteristics of its work packages, structurally analyzing the project with the WBS with uncertain links, assessing the reliability of target indexes of project, optimizing the efficiency indexes of project.
