Mozhaiev I. Optimization of complex treatment of destructive pneumonia in children

The object is acute destructive pneumonia in children; the purpose is to increase treatment effectiveness of acute destructive pneumonia in children by development of the well-grounded tactics based on the study of the activities of humoral link of systemic immunity and surfactant deviations; the methods are common clinical, biochemical, immunologic, laboratory, radiographic, endoscopic, ultrasonographic, bacteriological, mathematical-statistical; the novelty is in the ascertained leading background risk factors that negatively influence the development and course of disease, it was established the link of course severity of acute destructive pneumonia with the specificity of inflectional causative agent type of gram-negative infection, it was extended the indications for deintoxication therapy administration, it was developed a differential approach for sanation methods of pyoinflammatory foci, a modified drainage was proposed for sanation of pleural cavity, it was also proposed a usage of immune correction agents videlicet Imunofan and Cycloferon in the complex therapy of acute destructive pneumonia in children and endogenous surfactant as a substitution therapy; the results are in the development of complexes to the treatment program based on the differential approach for sanation method of inflammatory focus with the usage of immune correction agents and surfactant substitution therapy that leads to the shortening of the inflammation pulmo-pleural process reduction for 2-4 days that allowed to shorten a hospitalization period of patients; аll the methods are introduced in a medical practice, educational process;branch-medicine.
