The thesis presents a theoretical synthesis and proposes of new solution of scientific problems: determining of adaptive capacity of potato varieties of different establishments by the main agronomic characteristics on the basis of identifying phenotypic revealiny under different conditions, their variability, influence on their expression of factors that have been studied , determination of adaptability. The peculiarities of the genetic potential of major agronomic traits in breeding varieties of different establishments depending on changes in external conditions have been found.
