Seitova E. The labour migration to the Crimea (1944-1976)

The object of study is the history of the colonization of the Crimea in the postwar period. The purpose of the study is a scientific reconstruction process of migration to the Crimea (1944-1976), determining its place and roles in the social and economic development in the region. The methods used are historicism, consistency, objectivity, heuristic and typological methods; descriptive, retrospective, historical-systematic, historical-comparative, historical-statistical, and problem-chronological methods; and methods of induction, deduction and explanation. This paper reconstructs the entire system of the postwar settlement in Crimea, singling out the stages of labor migration. Features of household arrangement of the newcomers is reconstructed. The scope is the history of Ukraine.
