Research objekt is a process of technical inspectionl of microprocessor interlocking system on the stages of production, exploitation and repair. Research was conducted with the use of methods of theories of reliability, great numbers, relations, groups, probabilities and mathematical statistics, planning of experiment, imitation and physical design, counts and matrices. As a result of research an author the new scientifically grounded methods of tests of microprocessor interlocking system are got, test-beds synthesis, hardware and soft facilities of their realization. A their application domain are enterprises on a production, exploitation and repair of railway transport means.
