Kvasnevskiy E. Program and project management of the nuclear power facilities safety improvement

The object of study is the process control programs and portfolios improve safety of nuclear power facilities . The purpose of research is to improve program management and project portfolios improve safety of nuclear power plants on the basis of the developed models and decision support tools . The main scientific results of the dissertation is to develop models and mechanisms of control programs and portfolios of projects to increase the safety of nuclear power facilities . Results of the thesis are introduced at OP " South Ukrainian nuclear power plant " in the analysis of recommendations to improve the safety of power and the development of long-term modernization plan in the "CMU" of "Teploenergomontazh", as well as in the educational process in NAA in the study subjects "Theory and practice of development and management decisions" and "Project Management Methodology".
