Essay

The thesis research is sanctified to a problem of determining the pedagogical conditions of the masters of social pedagogics research preparation during the vocational training process. The analysis of literary sources of the masters of social pedagogics research preparation problem in the context of university study has given an opportunity to specify the concept of "master of social pedagogics research competence" and "forming of research competence". A methodological value of design and planning theories for the analysis of the masters of social pedagogics research preparation problem has been defined. The theoretical approaches to the masters of social pedagogics research preparation have been analyzed. The specifity and main characteristics of the research work of masters of social pedagogics in the context of the master's degree program have been distinguished. The main principles of the masters of social pedagogics research activity organization have been proposed. The structural components of the masters of social pedagogics research preparation (motivational, cognitive, substantial and active, reflexive and evaluative) have been identified. The pedagogical conditions that provide the master of social pedagogics research competence formation have been grounded as: ensuring the continuity in research preparation of future social workers from Baccalaureate to a Master's Degree; strengthening of the methodological and scientific-theoretical components in the content of the master of social pedagogy preparation to research activities (using basic and specialized courses of methodological and scientific-theoretical characters); the dominance of project technologies in the system of methods for the masters' research training. It has been found out that the realization of the proposed pedagogical conditions assures the effective functioning of the model of masters of social pedagogics research preparation during studies at Institutions of higher education. The criteria (motivational, cognitive, substantial and active, reflexive and evaluative) have been grounded according to components of forming the masters' research competence, which is graded due to four levels: nominal, reproductive, constructive and creative. The efficiency of the pedagogical conditions and the worked out model have been experimentally confirmed.
