Object : social and educational activities of the local community in formation of conscious parenting of youth; goal : theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the socio-pedagogical technology of the formation of conscious parenting of youth in activity of the local community; methods: analysis of scientific literature, synthesis, systematization, comparison , classification, generalization of facts, content analysis of normative and legal documents, interviews, questionnaires, testing, conversation, incorporated and indirect observation, socio-pedagogical experiment and monitoring, quantitative and qualitative data processing with using statistical techniques; novelty : developed and substantively justified socio-pedagogical technology of the formation of conscious parenting of youth in activity of the local community, which aims to promote the idea of conscious parenting of youth as a condition of preventing the problem of social orphanhood, neglection and homelessness of children; results: developed, implemented and experimentally verified in the activities of the local community: a training program of professional development for specialists of various subjects of local community in formation of conscious parenting of youth; comprehensive program for the formation of conscious parenting of youth, by means of which the socio-pedagogical technology of the formation of conscious parenting of youth is implemented; branch of science - social pedagogy
