Essay

The Nutritional status was investigated by antropometrical, laboratory techniques, subjective global assessment, analysis of dietary diaries.It was established, that 70% of dialysis patients have protein-energy malnutrition. It was clear that there is a big connection between duration of treatment, the level of interleukin in blood serum, index of comorbidity and the development of nutrition disorders. The using for intradialysis parenteral nutrition the solution of aminoacids, glucose and fatty acids for normalization of nutritional status in patients with protein-energy malnutrition was effectiveness.
