Dudchenko A. The legal status of persons who hold administrative positions in the judicial system of Ukraine.

The theoretical and practical problems of the legal status of persons who hold administrative positions in the judicial system of Ukraine are considered in the thesis, the questions of administration in the courts are examined, the definition and features of administrative positions in courts, their types are defined. The appointment (election) of judges to administrative positions is given; the problems related to the expiration of the judges to administrative positions are analyzed. Reasons and procedure of removal of judges from these positions, the order of appointment to the post and dismissal from it the Chief of Staff of the court are considered, the complex its powers is disclosed. Regulatory legal acts that regulate administration of the court at the national and international levels are analyzed. Legislative omissions of regulation the legal status of persons who hold administrative positions are detected. On the basis of scientific research proposals to improve the legislation that regulates the judicial system in Ukraine are formulated.
