Powers of the prosecutor are analyzed at implementation of supervision of legality of execution of the criminal punishments which have not been connected with restriction or imprisonment, and forms of their realization. Organizational and methodical aspects of implementation of public prosecutor's supervision with reference to separate types of the criminal punishments which have not been connected with restriction or imprisonment are in details considered. Offers on improvement of a legal regulation of this supervision, and also increase of efficiency of law-enforcement practice of prosecutor's office in this sphere are formulated.
