Dissertation work is devoted to realization the management of children's and youth sports schools through the implementation of marketing. There is defined degree of using of marketing in the organizational and administrative activity of children-youth sports schools in the work. A comprehensive analysis of the existing consumer sports services youth sports schools and built the process of attracting future consumers. With the help of methods of marketing analysis (PEST and SWOT analyses) determined the degree of influence of factors of micro - and macro-environment on the effectiveness of youth sports schools. On the research results of sports organizations competitors disclosed competitive advantages and disadvantages of sports schools, which were used to build the semantic profile. Was built organizational and management model for the implementation of marketing in the system of children's and youth sports schools and marketing plan of development. Proven socio-economic efficiency of the suggested complex of marketing events.
