Rybalko G. Organizational and legal bases of human rights activity of bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to research of theoretical, legal and organizational aspects of human rights activity of bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine. The nature of the related public prosecutor's activity, its task and principles, legal bases is defined. Powers of the prosecutor are analyzed at implementation of human rights activity. The considerable attention is given to organizational and methodical bases of human rights activity of bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine as a whole and on the separate priority directions of its implementation. Offers on improvement of the normative legal acts regulating human rights activity of bodies of prosecutor's office, and also practice of their application are made.
