The thesis is a theoretic-experimental research of problem of development of composition and technology of an ointment with Nimesulide. The theoretical analysis of safety of application of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicinal preparations is carried out in the thesis, as a research and practical issue of the day; theoretical ground of rational pharmacotherapy and pharmaceutical guardianship at application of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs by patients; analysis of pharmacotherapy and pharmacoeconomical aspects of application of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicinal preparations of system and local action, and also state of application of dosage forms with Nimesulide in rational therapy of pathologies of locomotor apparatus are carried out.
