Considered the impact of the socio-political phenomena on the formation of microsocium of Brailiv during the study period. Found features of development of the town during the period its ownership by different owners. Characterized the contribution of local self-government in the improvement of Brailiv. Summarized the process of formation and development of commercial and industrial complexes. Based on processed sources defined the nature of the administrative management of Brailiv in different historical epochs. Analyzed the activity of educational and charitable institutions of the town and their impact on the local population.
