The work is devoted to the development of the in vitro technique for obtaining wheat plants, resistant to Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici and water deficit as well as to the study of the stress-induced genome variation in Triticum aestivum L. During the research, a biotechnology system in vitro was developed and a process of obtaining plants from shoot apical meristem culture was improved.
