The object is the process of forming of the students’ economic culture of the engineering and pedagogical specialities in the higher education establishments; the aim is to ground theoretically and to verify experimentally the pedagogical conditions of the process of forming of the students’ economic culture of the engineering and pedagogical specialities during their vocational training in the higher education establishments; the methods are analysis and generalization of the scientific literature, observation, expert judgments method, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; the novelty: the pedagogical conditions of forming of the students’ economic culture of the engineering and pedagogical specialities in the process of studying at the higher education establishments are worked out for the first time; the results: the special course „Economics and business organization”, the bank of the education and quasi-professional tasks with economic contents, the lecture methodical materials with application of the active and project education methods within the economic disciplines, the economic aspect tasks and the methodical materials for their realization during the practical training are worked out; the field is the theory and methodology of professional training
