Essay

There are the theoretical generalization and a new solution of scientific problems in the thesis, it is the establishment of adenohypophysis morpho-functional features and the thyroid gland on terms of long-acting pesticide 2.4D and the proposed method of its correction through the use of graduated exercise. It was proved that the duration of intake into the animals organism of pesticide 2.4D was the cause of structural and functional changes in the adenohypophysis-thyroid gland system. New facts about adenohypophysis thyrotropic cells and thyroid gland ultrastructural rearrangements with animals of different ages treated with long-acting pesticides were presented here. The effectiveness of exercise as a natural correction tool, which prevents the cytotoxic effect of pesticides and the development of negative morphofunctional changes in the adenohypophysis-thyroid gland system was defined and experimentally substantiated.
