Examining the morphological features of physical development of children during the second child that constantly live in Lugansk, and com-parative analysis with similar data on the development of children begin-ning of XX century. Study of communication features of physical develop-ment of children beginning of the XXI century with deformation of the col-umn vertebralis. Found that children in the second period of childhood to the beginning of the XXI century as compared with their peers early XX century there was an increase of almost absolute figures antropo- and mor-phometry on the background of reduction of individual body size ratios. These changes lead to the fact that modern children tend to asthenisation. It is shown that the level of physical development may influence the formation of deformation of the column vertebralis. These phenomena were closely associated with the intensive growth of the child in the 9 - 11 years, when growth starts jump. Found that the prevalence in the group deformation of the column vertebralis has made, including deformation of the column vertebralis first diagnosed at the age of the second period of childhood. The analysis of qualitative development has shown that they largely depended on the longitudinal body size and body length growth occurs mainly due to increase of free lower limb, which makes it possible to trace the types of proportions Index Manouvrier (brahi-, meso- and makroskelia). At the same time, the proportion of body by P. Bashkirov during the second child is almost impossible to trace, and it is connected with the processes of growth occurring rapidly and not always harmoniously. It is proved that dolihomorfnist lower limb often observed in children with deformation of the column vertebralis than in healthy children. It is shown that during growth the head changes its shape, resulting in the second period of childhood, compared with the period of the first child increased the number of children with brahizefalia and mezozefalia, the number dolihozefalia.
