Sitnichenko L. Mineral metabolism disbalance in sheep Kyiv Polissya area (diagnosis, treatment, prevention)

The dissertation presents the information about investigation results concerning mineral metabolism disbalance in sheep body during the period of pregnancy, delivery, with young and lactation. Methodics dealing with sheep treatment which apply the complex of mineral agents based on organic compounds containing macro-nutrients such as: Calcium, Phosphorus, Sulphur, and trace elements: Copper, Zinc, Cobalt, Iodine, Selenium were elaborated and introduced. According to the result of successful treatment of mineral metabolism disbalance in a sheep body observed during the period of lactation could be guaranteed by the new medicine introduced as Lactylong. This medicine makes normal macro- and microelement contents in animal’s blood, and hematopoietic process; and ensures production of extra quality milk. One more medicine called as Lamb-started was elaborated and introduced in order to promote offspring protection and conservation in the period of their intensive growth and maturing. T
