Essay

The object of study is liver pathology of cattle. The purpose of study is experimental and theoretical argumentation of early diagnostic methods and prophylaxis of primapara-cows' hepatodystrophy. Research methods: clinical, biochemical (general protein, albumens, tests of colloidal precipitations, urea, glucose, diene conjugates, malondialgehyde, GAOA of plasma, carotene, vitamin А and vitamin E, activity of АsАТ and АlАТ, superoxidedismutase and kalatase; atomic-absorptive (selenium, mangan, zinc, cuprum)). Scientific novelty : Firstly functional state of heifers and primapara-cows liver through the dynamic of lactation-process is researched. The author provides experimental and theoretical argumentation of early diagnostics methods and prophylaxis of heifers' and primapara-cows' liver pathology. The most critical physiological and productive periods of primapara-cows for development of liver pathology, metabolism's wrongdoing of vitamins A, E and biogenous microelements are determined. The author theoretically and experimentally proves effectiveness of correction of liver' function and mineral nutrition, employing chelatic compounds of microelements. The author implants: the results of scientific research are used for special courses of studies on corresponding departments of Bila Tserkva' National Agricultural University, Luhansk' National Agricultural University, Poltava' State Agricultural Academy, Lviv' National S.Z. Hzhyckyy' University of veterinary medicine and biotechnologies, Kharkiv' State Zooveterinary Academy, Podilsk' Agricultural and Technical University, also in AALL "Agrosvit" and Shchors' APC in Kyiv' region.
