Essay

In the thesis there was made a research of processes of morality institutionalization in modern society which appeared in response to the need to solve global problems of mankind. This work analyses qualitative differences between basic social institutions of the traditional and modern societies and peculiarities of the moral regulation of behavior. The study of different morality functions in connection with various types of institutional systems has been made on the basis of system approach to the analysis of social morality as an important part of the social integration. In modern society, as the preservation of all forms of traditional moral culture is important, morality institutionalization acts as relatively independent factor in the activity of social institutions and focuses on free creative synthesis of objective values in the subjective world of a person. The analysis of experience of ethical infrastructure origin and functioning in modern institutions allows us to make a conclusion that, despite the fact that it is difficult to purposely include social and ethic values into organizational culture, in general, moral relativism, immoral conduct apology are decreasing.
