Essay

The thesis is devoted to the comparative analysis of developing private higher education in Poland and Ukraine. The author conducted the analysis of the historical, social and cultural conditions for the formation of private higher education in Poland and Ukraine, highlighted common and different conditions that affected the rate and quality of education. Study and analysis of scientific and historical sources show that private higher education in Poland and Ukraine was not a new phenomenon in the educational environment of both countries.
