Essay

The dissertation is monograph research of the problems of legal liability of judges of general jurisdiction in Ukraine. There are researched the basis of legal liability of judges in its general meaning and including the special features of separate types of liability. There is concretized the character of liability for breaking the demand of no holding of mire then one post by the judges,breaking their oath, and for commitment of administrative offences. Along with that there is grounded the nonconcretic character of such ground of liability as breaking if the judges' oath.
