Okladnikova S. The disbalance role of humoral and cellular antyendotoxin immunity in pyelonephritis development during the pregnancy

The work is devoted to improving the treatment of pyelonephritis during the pregnancy, based on the correction of immunological disorders. It was studied 296 pregnant women. The immunological parameters and the level of endogenous intoxication in gestation patients were studied. Patients with functional constipation and severe pyelonephritis have immunity disorders as low antyendotoxin Ig A and Ig M, phagocyte activity of peripheral blood granulocytes, bactericidal activity of blood (BAB) and urine (BAU) against increasing Ig G and endotoxin-binding capacity (EB-C) the same cells were identified. The lactulose use in complex treatment and the markers of inflammation and endogenous intoxication were decreased more significantly, the Ig A, Ig G, EB-C, granulocyte FA, BAB and BAU became normal in the case of the lactulose use in comparison with the standard treatment group.
