Essay

The work is devoted to increase of efficiency treatment of hemodialysis patient with anemia and quality life by influence on chronic inflammation.Use in the treatment anemia in hemodialysis patients erythropoietin alpha and pentoxifylline is effectiveness for decrease of the level of hemoglobin, reduces index erythropoietin resistance and increase the levels of TNF-alfa, ІL-1, IL-17.
