The object of study - the process of professional training of managers of foreign trade activities in higher education; objective: to determine, theoretical base and experimental test conditions and methods of teaching forming of foreign trade managers in professional training; purpose of the study - pedagogical conditions of forming of foreign trade managers in professional training; methods: theoretical: analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical literature on the study, summarizing of teaching experience, the study of the regulatory framework, program documentation, manuals, induction, deduction, abstraction, analogy, classification, which help provide an objective assessment of the formation of professional cultural management of foreign economic activity, empirical: scientific-pedagogical observation, questioning, testing, surveys of students, the method of self-assessment and self-reflection, learning portfolios to obtain experimental data on the dynamics of formation of professional cultural managers of foreign economic activity, mathematical statistics: correlation analysis of averages, the absolute and relative deviations derived indicators comparing the calculated averages, absolute and relative indicators for further processing, synthesis and interpretation of experimental data; scientific novelty lies in the fact that: first determined and theoretically proved that the essence of the concept of "professional culture manager of foreign economic activity" (generalized reflection of his personal and professional performance in the field of management of external economic activity that determines the highest priority ways of professional activity, characterized by its humanistic orientation and is found in the internal (culture of thinking, emotional culture) and external (communication culture, the culture of behavior) areas ), its structure (cognitive, communicative, motivational, emotional, perceptual components) and functions (information and cognitive, humanistic, communicative, motivational, normative).
